Electrical System |

The entire electrical system is wire bundled with wax cord, not tie-wraps can be found anywhere. All ring connections are crimped then soldered and covered with shrink wrap. |
The battery (new) is in the rear and incorporates a Master Relay for safety. If the Master relay is off then there is no power to anywhere in the aircraft. |

The main junction for the electrical system is in the rear behind the fuel tank. This pictures shows the battery and the hobbs meter from the starboard side. |
Installed on the panel on the right side are the main charging circuit breakers, and the tach fuse. The two green lights are used to test the mag P-leads to make sure they are gorunded. Above the magnum Stobe power supply you will see the starter solenoid. It also has a Power Genie installed so the hobbs meter only runs when the engine is running. This is so you are not recording engine time when just the master switch is on. |
