Hallandales Inc. has been incorporated since 1982 and specializes in producing fine, user friendly software products and appealing Web Sites.

After many years of consulting and custom programming, our experience has taken us into every realm of business activities, from inventory management to shop floor control, from accounting to point of sale, from electronics engineering to hydraulic flow analysis, and the list goes on. We have experience in almost every computer language and operating system: Pascal, Visual Basic, Delphi, C++, Java, Appgen, HTML, ASP, ASPX, XTML, Unix, Windows, .NET, etc.

This experience has shown us what a customer really wants--a program that is easy to use and easy to learn. Simple . . . right. But many companies fall short of this by designing software where 10% of the features do 90% of the work. The bottom line is that our programs are easy to learn and easy to use, everything a software program should be.

Gary A. Eisert, President of Hallandales Inc. a graduate of Professional Engineers of Ontario (ATECH Program), as an Electronic Engineering Technologist and self-taught software developer, web designer, and consultant. His electronic experiences have taken him into aviation electronics (Avionics), design and manufacturing of computer-based control systems, and security systems. He has developed software applications for inventory management, shop floor control, bill of material, insurance, accounting, point of sale systems, hydraulic flow analysis, inventory control, and database conversions.

Gary is also a Private Pilot; member of the EAA (Experimental Aircraft Association), aircraft builder; built and sails a 50 foot blue water yawl; prospector; and is also a Ham (Amatuer Radio) operator; call sign WL7CSX.

Recent accomplishments:

1. Internet based Utilities Control System for ConsenergySRL an Italian Consortium. www.consenergysrl.com

2. SIRC Southwest Interdisiplinary Research Center at the University of Arizona. Wrote an Internet program to track the surveys taken for their DRS-4 project.

3. Greek Membership Recruitment Manager. An Interner based program to track scoring of potential new members for Greek Fraternaties and Sororities. www.gmr-manager.com

4. Chapter Accounting Manager Online. A program to assist Fraternities and Sororities handle the momentous task of handling chapter finances.
