The 5 rigs went south on Eagle Eye road out of Eagle Roost Airpark, down to the second turn off which heads west down the power line. The Yamaha Viking 6 had only 7.8 hours on it so it was still in "Engine Break In" Mode.

Dennis lead the way the Dushey canyon and then we turned south. Traveled to the south and parked in an open area. I stayed while the rest took a trip up to the Sunshine Mine to the west. I got re-acquainted with my Garret GTI 2500.

When they got back we all ate lunch, then the rest of the gang headed up to the Linda Mine. A grueling climb on a rocky road which was unfit for the Yamaha as the engine was not broken in yet.

Gnettie and I tried to drive to the stone corral but I made a wrong turn and we were headed out into the desert. Drove back and waited for the gang while Gnettie collected rocks.

We all met and made the travel home.
