With Gnettie driving the Yamaha we went north out of Aguila and instead of turning left to the Loma Linda Ranch we headed East towards highway 71.
There was private property to the north until we came to a gate, then proceeded east then north to Robson's Arizona Mining World.
Just before Robson's Arizona Mining World is a road through the heavy brush. We then went a little further and stopped at a crested Saguaro, and then headed northeast to the Borrow Pits.
Dennis lead the way north to a quartz deposit. We then headed out to Highway 71, then headed north the west through a gate north of the mountains.
Dennis took us to an area where the Indians ground corn. We then had lunch and tried to find another crested saguaro. In our search we came close to the another road that lead back to the Borrow Pits.
We bushwacked through the washouts and connected with the road to the Borrow Pits. From there we headed home.
